My living room is quite dark…the only window it has faces a narrow alleyway. I’ve got a floor lamp and a ceiling lamp, but I think I still need a table lamp for when I’m reading on my couch. Here are some that I have my eye on:
1. Lunar Lamp; 2. Ranarp Work Lamp; 3. Klabb Lamp; 4. Luli Lamp; 5. Ada Lamp; 6. Stockholm Lamp; 7. Woodland Post Lamp; 8. Gilded Peacock Lamp; 9. Wild Oak Lamp Base.
These lamps, especially the first six, are simple and light-coloured. I thought these would be unimposing yet stylish and functional. The last three, however, are more artistic in shape and design.
Then again, I’ve seen table lamp kits, and perhaps I’ll just make my own for a lower price! I’m thinking of something like from Anthropologie, a branch lamp. Maybe birch?
I love fun lamps that are done in white or black. They add so much interest without overwhelming the decor. I also really love that second lamp. It would look so exquisite in an office setting. I’ve never used a lamp kit before, not confident enough in my abilities, but if you do please share! I’d love to see how it turns out.
For sure, using the lamp kit will deserve its own post!
