Kempton Jones is a Toronto-based company by self-taught designer Michelle Matsui. I first saw her tea towels at the One of a Kind Show in the spring, but then I saw them again at the Cabbagetown Arts and Crafts Festival and then at the Toronto Etsy Made in Canada Day at the end of September.
Her tea towels are printed with the sound waves of different sounds, including slurping coffee, popping popcorn, and boisterous bullfrogs on 100% cotton. I found this such a creative and fun way to create new designs!
